VSOP is very suitable for printing flexible wrappings in paper and foil. Different kinds of plastic foil can be used, such as PET, OPP, OPS or a combination of these plastics. These used to be printed in flexo or helio. The main disadvantages of these two techniques are the printing quality and the high start up costs. The cost for producing an offset plate is only a fraction of the cost of expensive cylinders and flexo clichés.

Shrink-sleeves are much in demand in the wrapping business. They replace more and more the traditional labels and wrappers. We produce shrink-sleeves in offset printing. For that purpose we use a crystal-clear diamond screen, remarkable and high-gloss as a result of printing the inside of the foil. Following the shrinking process, the shrink-sleeve adopts the exact shape of your wrapping, whatever that shape is. The most common application is in wrappings for milk, yoghurt drinks, fruit juices, etc.
Flowpacks are the classic foil wrappings for the most varied range of products. We print foil wrappings in reverse printing to perverse the gloss of the foil as well as on the outside. Finished with waterbased varnish which is specifically suitable for food products such as biscuits, chocolate, candy, ice lollies, etc. … or UV-varnish for extra gloss and protection.
